Style Machine Tools Limited began trading in February 1998 and has grown to have a customer base of over 250 companies, including Pilkington Glass, Weir Pumps, Unilever, British Energy and British Aerospace.

Style’s directors, Steve Metherell and Neil Fearnley, between them have 70 years experience of machine tools including Acu-Rite DRO machine tools providing turret milling machine servicing and CNC machining services.

Steve served his apprenticeship at British Nuclear Fuels (Salwick), before moving to a number of different engineering and machine tool companies.

Neil’s apprenticeship was served at Rockwell Graphic Systems (Preston), where he remained for a further 9 years before moving to another machine tool company.

We have been appointed distributor of Acu-Rite DRO products and spare parts in the north west of England and north Wales.

We supply new conventional and CNC turret mills and lathes and provide turret milling machine services and repairs.

We have spare part accounts with most machine tool manufacturers.
